01. Professional Scope &
Governance
I. Definition of Services
DocStamp AI provides specialized professional services in conversational logic design, LLM implementation strategy, and virtual assistant development. Our role is strictly limited to technical design and integration support. We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice through our assistants or our advisory services.
II. Intellectual Property of Interaction Design
All "Neural Mapping" methodologies, custom logic-flow logic, and Interaction Hardening frameworks developed by DocStamp AI remain our proprietary intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these specific implementations within their own organization.
Client-owned data utilized for model alignment remains the sole property of the Client.
III. Standard Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our service agreements are subject to the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Our primary place of business is located at 900 Rue Saint-Jacques, Montréal, QC H3C 1G3.

Liability Limits
While we implement rigorous logic audits, DocStamp AI is not liable for autonomous decisions made by AI systems after final client handoff.
Client Responsibilities
Partners must ensure all provided training datasets comply with regional privacy regulations including GDPR and Law 25.
Operational Continuity
Standard intake windows for Montreal-based design consults are updated monthly. Access to virtual staffing requires existing digital infrastructure connectivity.
The Hardening Protocol: Rules of Use.
I. Ethical Boundaries
Users may not utilize DocStamp AI interfaces to generate deceptive content, engage in automated harassment, or bypass regional data residency laws.
II. System Integration
API-first designs connecting with enterprise CRM stacks require adherence to our security hardening standards to prevent model injection attacks.
III. Right to Termination
We reserve the right to suspend development or access if a project violates our conversational safety checklist or internal ethical benchmarks.
